"THIS IS MY HOLY INSTANT OF RELEASE."

"Father, it is today that I am free, because my will is yours.  I thought to make another will.  Yet nothing I thought apart from You exists.  And I am free because I was mistaken, and did not affect my own reality at all by my illusions.  NOW I give them up, and lay them down before the feet of truth, to be removed forever from my mind.  This is my holy instant of release. Father, I know my will is one with Yours."

 And so today we find our glad return to Heaven, which we never really left.  The Son of God this day lays down his dreams.     The Son of God this day comes home again, released from sin and clad in holiness, with his right mind restored to him at last. This is my holy instant of release.

"God is my Father, and He Loves His son."

God is my Father.  My true identity is so secure, so lofty, sinless, glorious, and great, wholly beneficent and free from guilt, that Heaven looks to It to give it light.  It lights the world as well.  It is the gift my Father gave to me; the one as well I give the world.  There is no gift but This that can be either given or received.  This is reality, and only This.  This is illusion's end.  It is the truth.

"My name, O Father, still is known to You.  I have forgotten it, and do not know where I am going, who I am, or what it is I do.  Remind me, Father, now, for I am weary of the world I see.  Reveal what You would have me see instead."God is my Father.

"MY CONDEMNATION INJJUES ME."

Injury is impossible. Yet illusion makes illusion.  If I can condemn, I can be injured.  I have believed that I can injure, and the right that I have established for myself can be now used against me, till I lay it down as valueless, unwanted and unreal. Then does illusion cease to have effects, and those it seamed to have will be undone.  Then I am free for freedom is my gift, and I can now receive the gift I gave.

Condemn and I am made a prisoner.   Forgive and I am freed.  Such is the law that rules perception.  It is not a law that knowledge understands, for freedom is a part of knowledge.  There, to condemn is impossible in truth. What seems to be its influence and effects have not occurred at all.  Illusion makes illusion.  

Forgiveness sweeps all other dreams away, and though it is itself a dream, it breeds no others.  All illusions save this one must multiply a hundred thousand times.  This is where illusions end.  Forgiveness is the end of dreams, because it is a dream of waking. Forgiveness is the only road that leads out of disaster, past all suffering, and finally away from death.

"Only my condemnation injures me.  Only my own forgiveness sets me free."  There can be no form of suffering that fails to hide an unforgiving thought.  Nor can there be a form of pain forgiveness cannot heal.

There is no condemnation in GOD.  He is perfect in His Holiness.  He needs no thoughts of mercy.  Who could give Him gifts when everything is His? "When we are healed we are not healed alone."

Sickness would prove that lies must be the truth.  But healing demonstrate that truth is true.  When we are healed we are not healed alone.  We would share our healing with the world, that sickness may be banished from the mind of God's children, who are ourselves.

Let healing be through us today.  As we rest in quiet, be prepared to give as we receive, to hold what we give, and to receive the Word of God to take the place of all the foolish thoughts that were ever imagined.

"Let our minds be wholly healed."

Healing will flash across our open minds, as truth and peace arise to take the place of war and vain imaginings.  There will be no dark corners sickness can conceal, and keep defended from the light of truth.  There will not be any dim figures from our dreams, any obscure and meaningless pursuits with double purposes insanely sought, remaining in our minds.  It will be healed of all the sickly wishes that it tried to authorize the body to obey.

Now is the body healed, because the source of sickness has been opened to relief.  If we have been successful, there will be no sense of feeling ill or feeling well, of pain or pleasure.  There is no response in our minds to what the body does.  It usefulness remains and nothing more.

This removes the limits we had placed upon the body by purposes we gave to it.  The strength the body has will always be enough to serve all truly useful purposes.  The body's health is fully guaranteed, because it is not limited by time, weather or fatigue, by food and drink, or any laws we made it serve before.  We do not need to do anything to make it well, for sickness has become impossible.

If we let our minds harbor attack thoughts, yield to judgment or make plans against uncertainties to come, we have again misplaced ourselves, and made a bodily identify which   will attack the body, for the mind is sick.  We must tell ourselves; "We have forgotten what we really are, we mistook our body for ourselves.  Sickness is a defense against the truth.  We are not a body.  Our mind cannot attack.  Therefore we cannot be sick."

"We defend ourselves thinking we are attacked."

An attack that is not real giving illusions full reality and attempting to handle them as real.  This sense of threat is an acknowledgement of our inherent weaknesses; a belief that there is danger which has power to call on us to make appropriate defense.  The world is based on this insane belief.  Defense is frightening.  It stems from fear.

The body is not in need of defense.  It will be strong and healthy if the mind does not abuse it.  We must understand the "self" that needs protection is not real.  The body, valueless and not in need of defense.  We need merely to perceive as apart from us, and it becomes a healthy, serviceable instrument through which the mind can operate until its usefulness is over.  Defend the body and we have attacked the mind.   from "Underneath the Mango Tree"  by BID

Perfect Happiness

If sin is real, then punishment is just and cannot be escaped. If sin is real, then happiness is just an illusion, for both cannot be true. The sinful warrant only death and pain, and is this they ask for. If sin is real, salvation must be pain. Pain is the cost of sin, and suffering can never be escaped, if sin is real. If sin is real, its offering is death, and meted out in cruel form to match the vicious wishes in which sin is born. If sin is real, salvation has become our bitter enemy, the curse of God upon us who has crucified His Son.

If we teach that sin is not real, and all that we believe must come from sin will never happen, for it has no cause. There is no sin. God's Will for us is perfect happiness because there is no sin, and suffering is causeless. Joy is just, and pain is only the sign we have misunderstood ourselves.

"Light and joy and peace abide in us."

"Would we not be overjoyed to be assured that all the negative things that we thought we did were never done, that all the sins are nothing, that we are as pure and holy as we were created, and that light and joy and peace abide in us? It is neither bad nor good. It is unreal, and nothing more than that. Our sinlessness is guaranteed by the God. Nothing can touch it, or change what God created as eternal. The sellf we made, evil and full of sin, is meaningless.

We are as God created us, not what we made of ourselves. Creation is eternal and unalterable. 'Light and joy and peace abide in us. Our sinlessness is guaranteed by God.' So let us experience the unity of our one self. Appreciate Its holiness and Love from Which It was created. During the week devote at least a minute or more each day to closing our eyes and realizing that this is a statement of truth about us. "Peace"

"We are the light of the world."

"Who is the light of the world except God's child? This, then, is merely a statement of the truth about ourselves. It is the opposite of a statement of pride, of arrogance, or of self-deception. To the ego this idea is the epitome of self-glorification. The ego does not understand humility, mistaking it for self-debasement. Humility consists of accepting our role in salvation and in taking no other. It is not humility to insist we cannot be the light of the world if that is the function God assigned to us. It is only arrogance that would assert this function cannot be for us, and arrogance is always of the ego.

True humility requires that we accept this idea because it is God's Voice Which tells us it is true. This is a beginning step in accepting our real function on earth. It is a giant stride toward taking our rightful place in salvation. It is a positive assertion of our right to be saved, and an acknowledgement of the power that is given us to save others." We are Holy

All the ego-based attributes which we ascribe to ourselves, positive or negative, desirable or undesirable, grandiose or debased. All of them are equally unreal, because we do not look upon ourselves through the eyes of holiness. So, lets recognize the direction of our fantasies about ourselves does not matter. Peace Instead

Today search our minds for fear thoughts, anxiety-provoking situations, offending personalities or events, or anything else about which we are harboring negative thoughts. Looking at the world
