"Achieve Personal Excellence - Change your thoughts, change your life".

"Sitting underneath the Mango tree, Sache the mother of Onaiis said to him: 'One of these days you will leave this humble abode for the wonderful world out there. Where you will experience lots of new things...inside.' As she predicted he came to these United States of America to expand his learnings...inside. As he kissed his mother goodbye, he walked the long...long...long...walk along the tarmac toward the aircraft. The journey seamed to take forever. Once he boarded the aircraft and took his seat. Looking through the window he saw his mother, a tiny figure standing there. Tears trickled down...down...down...his face.

As the aircraft swished through the air into the clouds, through the clouds and above the clouds, he realized - it is possible to learn everything easily - quickly - effortlessly...as if you could just go and notice how easily you begin to enjoy...and you can, can you not? Inside.

He became by the beautiful and spacious sky. With amber waves of grain, purple mountains majesty, among the fruited plains. America is a beautiful country of caring and good people. Where a poor boy born in a log cabin, can grow up and and become President. Where a boy born in Harlem of Jamaican parentage, can become a four star General. Where a poor immigrant draftee can become a Colonel.

These stories transcend every race, religion, Educational level and Social class. These stories have a common thread woven throughout; They achieved Personal Excellence through: Commitment - encouragement - and praise.

"Change your thoughts, change your life."

"As was customary every Sunday afternoon after dinner Ramjit and his mother Puttilal would chat Underneath the Mango Tree, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There she shared her years of wisdom. She talked to him about her years growing up in the old country. How she were denied a formal education...and it's very important to learn, underneath the mango tree. Because he was there listening to her he was learning many things. By taking it within and going deeper...deeper...deeper...way inside. Letting it course through his veins all...the way...down...down...down...to the cellular level. Where he can feel...feel...feel...the feelings...way...deep...within.

He was sitting there listening to her...and that when he left her presence, he will be much wiser, underneath the mango tree. She taught him to honor all of creation through Love, Peace, Healing and Acceptance. She further stated sitting underneath the mango tree; one can, you know, accomplish a goal. She informed him how she taught herself to read by going to the Presbytery and reading Religious materials. Determined to learn she obtained help from the Parish Priest and Nuns of the Order of St. Joseph's. Thus, she also learned writing and arithmetic. Now, does this sound like it would work for you?

"Salvation comes from our one self."

"The Adventures of Pinocchio was written by Carlo Collodi and published in 1883. It is about a wooden puppet, who wanted to be a boy and had an interesting quality: his nose grew longer with every lie he told. Wouldn't it be nice if that were true for everyone? Especially, our public leaders, church leaders, educators and television announcers/broadcasters and announcers of commercials, we can see their noses grow longer as they tell untruths to the populace. Imagine if people turned varying shades of green depending on the degree of untruthfulness they told.

Then we would not have to guess at the truthfulness of their statements. Unfortunately, today in this world full of deception, we cannot always tell when we are being told untruths. We do not know who or what to believe. So, we become distrustful of what we hear and see until we obtain the proof to convince us of what is true. "Brownie Isabella DaBreo (D'Abreau), A Lady of Grace."

"Born Brownie Isabella Raymond in Cariacou in 1901, she began ministering to the sick and poor at the age of 10 years old with Fr. Clark. She did not receive any formal education, she taught herself to read and write and even bookkeeping. At about the age of sixteen, she went to Grenada where she administered a Cocoa and Coffee plantation. There she married David Emanuel DaBreo and raised five children all the while continuing her ministry to the sick and poor.

In 1944 she travelled to Trinidad in search of a better life which she found. She continued her ministry to the sick and poor and added a special outreach ministry to the Sufferers of Leprosy. 'Saint D'Abreau, Patron of the Forgotten People (Sufferers of Leprosy)' as she was affectionately called, devoted her life to thwarting poverty through education and relieving the suffering of the spiritually and physically ill, both in hospitals and their homes.

In 1984 she was awarded the Silver Humming Bird Medal by the then President Ellis Clark of Trinidad and Tobago for her Social Work. The greatest award she received was motherhood. When anything happened positive or negative she always said; 'God is Love.'

During our Sunday afternoon talks overlooking the River she shared her years of wisdom. She said; 'Honor all of God's Creation. A woman must be honored as the vessel of new life.' Today I give Honor to all Mothers wherever they may be in the spiritual world or physical world.

Ma suffered a debilitating stroke on 20 February 1991 the day after the 90th anniversary of her birth and made her transition into the spiritual world on Friday 13th September 1991 without ever gaining consciousness. She is layed to rest in Arima, Trinidad and Tobago."

"We are as God created us."

'We are as God created us. The sounds of this world are still, the sights of this world disappear, and all the thoughts that this world ever held are wiped away forever by this one idea. True light is strength, and strength is sinlessness. We must be strong and light must be in us. Darkness cannot obscure the glory of God's son. We stand in light, strong in the sinlessness in which we were created, and in which we will remain throughout eternity.

This week lets devote the first five (5) minutes of each day feeling the truth in us, saying; 'I am as God created me. I am His Son eternally.' Thus, reaching the Son of God in us. This is the self that never sinned, nor made an image to replace reality. The only thing that is required of us to reach this goal is to lay all idols and self-images aside; go past the list of attributes, both good and bad, we have ascribed to ourselves; and wait in silent expectancy for the truth.

If necessary remind ourselves hourly: 'I am as God created me. I am His Son eternally.' Our mission, if we choose to accept it, is to give love to all that is not always returned, the generous love that gives without counting the cost. To love as the Creator loves us, we must extend ourselves beyond those who are familiar. We must reach out to heal, to feed, to teach, to listen, and even to give our lives.

During those quiet minutes, let us listen carefully to know how we are called to such great love and let us pray for one another that we will have the courage to answer the call to love as God. Respond to anyone one who seems to irritate us with these words: 'You are as God created you. You are His Child eternally.' Get the CD, "INFINITE POWER" @peakform.net
