"I CALL UPON GOD'S NAME AND ON MY OWN."

God's name is holy, but no holier than ours.  To call upon His Name is to call upon our own.  A father gives his son his name, thus identifying the son with him.  His brothers share his name, united in a bond to which they turn for their identity.  God's Name can not be heard without response, nor said without an echo in the mind that calls us to remember.  Say His Name, and we invite the angels to surround the ground on which we stand.  The world responds by laying down illusions.

The sick arise, healed of their sickly thoughts.  The blind can see; the deaf can hear.  The tears and pain are dried as happy laughter comes to bless the world.  They become anonymous and valueless to us.  Repeat the Name of God, and call upon  our selves.  Whose name is His.

Repeat God's Name slowly again and still again.  Become oblivious to every name but His.  Hear nothing else.  Let all our thoughts become anchored on This.  We give an invitation which can never be refused.  God will come and answer it Himself.  Sit silently, and let His Name become the all encompassing idea that holds our minds completely.  Let all thoughts be still except this one.

We will experience the gift of grace.  Turn to the Name of God for our release, and it will be given to us.  No prayer except this is necessary,  for it holds them all within it.  The universe consists of nothing but the Son of God, who calls upon his Father.  In this eternal, still relationship in which communication far transcends all words.  Peace is eternal.  In our Father's Name, we  would experience this peace today.  In His Name, it shall be given us.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I WILL BE STILL AN INSTANT AND GO HOME."

This world we seem to live in is not home to us.   Somewhere in our minds we know that this is true.  A memory of home keeps hunting us, As if there is a place that call us to return, although we do not recognize the voice, nor what it is the voice reminds us of.  We feel as aliens here, from somewhere unknown.

No one knows of what we speak.  We speak today for everyone who walks this world, because they are not at home.  The home we seek can not be made by us.  There is no substitute for Heaven.  All we ever made was hell.

There is a child in us who seek His Father's house, and knows that He is alien here.  This childhood is eternal, with an innocence that will endure forever.  Where this Child shall go is holy ground.  It is His holiness that lights up Heaven, and brings to earth the pure reflection of the light above, wherein are earth and Heaven joined as one.

This Child needs our protection.  He is far from home.  He is so little that He seems so easily shut out, His tiny voice so readily obscured, His call for help almost unheard amid the grating sounds and harsh and rasping noises of the world.  This Child is our defenselessness; our strength.  He trust in us.  He will wait until we hear His gentle voice within us, calling us to let Him go in peace, along with us, to where He is at home and we with Him.

When we are still an instant, when the world recedes from us, when valueless ideas cease to have value in our restless minds, then will we hear His voice.   He will take us to His home.  and we will stay with Him in perfect stillness, silent and at peace, beyond all words, untouched by fear and doubt, sublimely certain that we are at home.

He was willing to become a little Child that we might learn of Him how strong is he who comes without defenses, offering only love's messages to those who think he is their enemy.  Christ is reborn as a little Child each time a wanderer would leave his home.  This Child, who comes defenseless and Who is protected by defenselessness.

I ask you to take time this day to lay aside our shield which profits nothing and lay down the spear and sward we raised against an enemy without existence.  Christ has called us friends and brothers and sisters.  Do not take illusions as our gods any more. Now the way is open, and the journey has an end in sight.  Be still an instant and go home with Him, and be at peace NOW.   www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I TRUST MY FELLOW HUMANS, WHO ARE ONE WITH ME."

Trusting our brothers and sisters is essential to establishing and holding up our faith in our ability to transcend doubt and lack of sure conviction in ourselves.   When we attack our fellow humans, we proclaim that person is limited by what we perceived in them.  We do not look beyond their errors.  Rather, they are magnified, becoming blocks to our awareness of the self that lies beyond our own mistakes, and past their seeming sins as well as ours.

Forgiveness has a focus.  Change this focus, and what we behold will change accordingly.   Remove our focus on others sins, and we will experience the peace that comes from faith in sinlessness.  Their mistakes, if focused on, are witnesses to sins within us.   We seek for innocence and nothing else.

A major hazard to success has been involvement with our past and future goals.  The past is gone the future imagined.  These concerns are defenses against present change of focus in perception.  Nothing more.  We do not look to past beliefs, and what we believe will not intrude upon us now.  Let us look upon the sinlessness within.

If a person's sins occur to us, our narrowed focus will restrict our sight, and turn our eyes upon our own mistakes, which we will magnify and call our "sins."  Transcend them with instructions to our minds to change their focus, as we say:  "It is not this that I would look upon.  I trust my fellow humans, who are one with me."

What we seek to look upon is reality.  Our focus goes beyond mistakes, we will behold a wholly sinless world.  The world which once proclaimed our sins becomes the proof that we are sinless.   Our love or everyone we look upon attests to our remembrance of the holy Self which knows no sin, and never could  conceive of anything without Its sinlessness.  We look straight into the present.  We give our trust to the experience we ask for now.  Our sinlessness is the Will of God.  This instant is our willing one with His.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"GOD IS LOVE AND SO AM I."

"Steady our feet, our Father.  Let our doubts be quiet and our holy minds be still, and speak to us.  We have no words to give to You.  We would listen to Your Word, and make it ours.  Lead us this day as a father leads a little child along a way he does not understand.  Yet he follows, sure that he is safe because his father leads the way for him.

If we stumble, You will raise us up.  If we forget, the way, we count upon Your sure remembering.  We wander off, but You will not forget to call us back.  Quicken our footsteps now, that we may walk more certainly and quickly unto You. We accept the Word You offer  us to unify our meditation, as we review the thoughts that You have given us."

"God is Love, and so am I."  This self alone knows love.  This self alone is perfectly consistent in its thoughts; knows its creator, understands itself, is perfect in its knowledge and its love, and never changes from its constant state of union with its Father and itself.

My resurrection comes again each time I lead my brothers and sisters safely to the place at which the journey ends and is forgot.  I am renewed each time my brothers and sisters learn there is a way from misery and pain.  I am reborn each time a brother's or sister's  mind turns to the light in him or her and looks for me.  I have forgotten no one.

I am incomplete without your part in me.  As I am made whole we go together to our ancient home, prepared for us before time was and kept unchanged by time, immaculate and safe, as it will be at last when time is done.  Wholeness now complete, as God established it.

We remind the world that it is free of all illusions every time we say: "God is Love, and so am I."

"THERE IS NO CRUELTY IN GOD AND NONE IN ME."

We make what we defend against.  By our own defense against it, it is real and inescapable.  Lay down our arms, and only then do we perceive it false.

No one attacks without the intent to hurt.  There are no it is real and inescapable.    exception.   When we think that we attack in self-defense, we mean that to be cruel is protection; we think we are safe because of cruelty.  We   mean that we believe to hurt another person brings us freedom.  To attack is to exchange the state in which we are for something better, safer, more secure from dangerous invasion and from fear.

How insane is the idea that to defend from fear is to attack.  Fear is fed with blood to make it grow and swell. Therefore, fear is protected, not escaped.  It is the enemy without that we attack.  Our defense sets up an enemy within us; an alien thought at war with us, depriving us of peace, splitting our mind into two camps which seem wholly  irreconcilable.  Love now has an "enemy," an opposite; and fear, the alien, now needs our defense against the threat of what we really are.

It is obvious ideas must leave their source, for it is we who make attack, and must have first conceived of it.  Yet we attack outside ourselves, and separate our minds from God who is to be attacked, with perfect faith the split we made is real.   The attributes of love bestowed upon its "enemy."   Fear becomes our safety and protector of peace, to which we turn for solace and escape from doubts about our strength, and hope of rest in quiet.

We do not defy God's power.  This is the the time of our release from slavery.  Do we think that fear is the escape from fear.  The choice we make NOW is certain.  Do our eyes belong to Christ, and He looks through them?  Do our voice belongs to God and echoes His?  Now do our hearts remain at peace?  Now has fear made way for love, as God Himself replaces cruelty.

Let us pray:  "Father, we are like You.  No cruelty abides in us, for there is none in You.  Your peace is ours.  We bless the world with what we have received from You alone.  We choose again, and make our choice for all our brothers and sisters, knowing they are one with us.  We bring them Your salvation as we have received it now.  We give thanks for them who render us complete.  In them we see Your glory, and in them we find our peace.  Holy are we because  Your holiness has set us free.  And we give thanks.  Amen."

"I LIVE BY GRACE. I AM RELESED BY GRACE."

Grace is an aspect of the Love of God like the state prevailing in the unity of truth.  It is the world's most lofty aspiration that leads beyond the world entirely.  It is past learning, yet it is the goal of learning, as grace cannot come until the mind prepares itself for true acceptance.  Grace becomes inevitable instantly for those who have prepared a table where it can be gently laid and willingly received; an alter clean and holy for the gift.

Grace is acceptance of the Love of God within a world of seeming hate and fear.  Grace presents a state opposite to everything the world contains, so that those whose minds are lighted by the gift of grace can not believe the world of fear is real.

Grace is not learned.  You are urged to bear witness to the Word of God to hasten the experience of truth.  Oneness is simply the idea God is.  In His being, He encompasses all things.  Our minds hold Him.  One says "God is," and we cease to speak, for words are meaningless.  Mind has united with its Source.  Like its Source Itself, it merely is.

Eternity remains a constant state.  Thus forgiveness, taught and learned, brings with it the experiences which bear witness that the time the mind itself determined  to abandon is now at hand.  There is no need to further clarify what no one in the world can understand.  When revelation of our oneness comes, it will be known and fully understood.

Forgiveness is the central theme that runs throughout salvation, holding all its parts in meaningful relationships.  We ask for grace, the final gift salvation can bestow.  We ask for grace, and the experience that comes from grace.   We do not ask for the impossible.  We do not look beyond what grace can give. I live by grace.  I am released by grace.   www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"GRACE IS GIVEN TO ME. I CLAIM IT NOW."

God speaks to us.  Shall we not speak to Him?  He is not distant.  He makes no attempt to hide from us.  We try to hide from Him, and suffer from deception.  He remains entirely accessible.  He Loves us His children.  He will Love us forever.

If we only knew the meaning of His Love, hope and despair would be impossible.  Hope would be forever satisfied; despair of any kind unthinkable.  His grace His answer is to all despair, for in it lies remembrance of His Love.   We ask of God the gift He has most carefully preserved within our hearts, waiting to be acknowledged.  The gift by which God leans to us and lifts us up, taking salvation's final step Himself.  His gift of grace is more than just an answer.  It restores all memories the sleeping mind forgot; all certainty of what Love's meaning is.

God loves His children.  In grace we see a light covers all the world in love, and watch fear disappear from every face as hearts rise up and claim the light as theirs. I receive what has been given me.  My faith lies in the giver.

To Him we pray today.  For what He has prepared for us He gives and we receive.  This is the Will of God, because He loves His children.  To Him we pray this day, returning the word He gave us through His Own Voice, His word, His Love:
"Lord, Your grace is given me.  I claim it now.  Father I come to You.  And You will come to me who ask.  I am the Son You love."   www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"ONE LIFE I SHARE WITH GOD."

There is one life, like the truth.  There are no degrees. All that God created is shared.  Like all His Thoughts, there are no opposites.  There is no death because what God created shares His Life.  An opposite to God does not exist.  The Father and the Son are one.

In this world there appears a state that is life's opposite.  The world calls it death.   The idea of death takes many forms.  All sorrow, loss, anxiety and suffering and pain, even a sigh of weariness, a slight discomfort or a merest frown, acknowledge death.  One thinks that death is of the body.  A thought is in the mind.  It can be applied as the mind directs it.  Its origin is where it must be changed, if change occurs.  Change our thoughts, change our minds about ourselves.  It is the reason we can heal.  It is the cause of healing.  It is why we cannot die.  Its truth established us as one with God.

Death is the thought that we are separate from our creator.  The belief conditions change, emotions alternate because of causes we cannot control, we did not make, and we can never change.  The mind can think it sleeps, that is all.  It cannot change what is its waking state.  It cannot make a body, nor abide within a body.  What id alien to the mind does not exist, because it has no source.  The mind creates all things that are, and cannot give them attributes it lacks, nor change its own eternal, mindful state.

The opposite of life can only be another form of life.  It can be reconciled with what created it, because it is not opposite in truth.  Its form may change; it may appear to be what it is not.  God creates only mind awake.  He does not sleep, and His creation cannot share  what He does not give, nor make conditions which does not share with them.  Thoughts of God remain forever changeless, with the power to extend forever changelessly, they are everywhere.

When the mind elects to be what it is not, and to assume an alien power which it does not have, a foreign state it cannot enter, or a false condition not within its Source, it merely seems to go to sleep a while.  Let us be children of the truth, and do not deny our holy heritage.  God's holy home we strive to keep as He established it, and wills it to be forever and forever.  He is Lord of what we think.  In His Thoughts, which has no opposite, we understand there is one life, and that we share with Him, with all creation, with their thoughts as well, whom He created in unity of life that cannot separate in death and leave the Source of life from where it came.  As we were, so are we now and will be forever.  The wakened mind is one that knows its Source, its Self, its Holiness.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I AM ENTRUSTED WITH THE GIFTS OF GOD."

All things are given to me.  God's trust in me are limitless.  He  gives without expectation, holding back nothing.  My will is one with His.

Here is the paradox that underlies the making of the world.  This world is not the will of God, and so it is not real.  Those who think it real must still believe there is another will, and one that leads to opposite effects from those He wills.  Impossible indeed; every mind that looks upon the world and judges it as certain, solid, trustworthy and true believes in two creators; or in one, himself alone.  But never in one God.

The gifts of God are not acceptable to anyone who holds such strange beliefs.  One  must deny their presence, contradict the truth, and suffer to preserve the world one made.  Without the world one made he is an outcast; homeless and afraid.  He has forgotten where he came from, where he goes, and even who he really is.  In one's lonely, senseless wanderings, God's gifts go with them, all unknown to them.

He seems a sorry figure; weary, worn, in threadbare clothing, and with feet that bleed a little from rocky road he walks.  This is their chosen self, the one they made as a replacement for reality.  They cower fearfully lest they should feel Christ's touch upon their shoulder, and perceive His gentle hand directing them to look upon their gifts. Christ's hand has touched their shoulder, and they feel that they are not alone.  The misertable self they thought was them may not be their identity.

God's Will does not oppose. It merely is.  That is all.  God walks with us Who gently answers all our fears with this one merciful reply, "It is not so."  His touch on us has made us like Himself.  We now must learn to give.  We must teach them by showing them the happiness that comes to those who feel the touch of Christ, and recognize God's gifts.  If we are sick, we are withholding healing the Creation.

Our hand becomes the giver of Christ's touch; our change of mind becomes the proof that who accepts God's gifts can never suffer. We are entrusted with the world's release from pain.  Do not betray it.  Become the living proof of what Christ's touch can offer everyone.  God has entrusted all His gifts to us.  Such is our mission now.   He has shared His joy with us.    How we go to share it with the world.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"MY MIND ACCEPTS THE THOUGHT OF GOD."

What makes this world seem real except my own denial of the truth that lies beyond?  My thoughts of misery and death obscure the perfect happiness and the eternal life my Father wills for me.  What could hide what cannot be concealed except illusion?  What could keep from me what I already have except my choice to not see it, denying it is there?

The Thought of God created me.  It belongs to me.  By it I live.  It is my Source of life, holding me one with it, and everything is one with me, because it did not leave me.  Deny Heaven?  Absolutely not.  It is mine today, just for the asking.  Ask to receive, and it is given to me.  Conviction lies within it.  Till I welcome it as mine, uncertainty remains.

Now I am among the saviours of the world.   Abundance dwells in God, and deprivation cannot cut me off from God's sustaining Love and from his home.  Hope indeed is justified.  We count on God, and not upon ourselves, to give us certainty.  In His name we pray as His Word directs we do.

His Love remains beyond our every fear.  The Thought of God is still beyond all dreams and in our minds, according to His Will.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I AM ONE WITH HIM WHO IS MY SOURCE."

The present is the only time there is, truth can be recognized.  The Voice for God is made more clear, more meaningful, more near.  The world fades easily away before God's sight.  Its sounds grow dim.  A melody from far beyond the world increasingly is more and more distinct; an ancient Call to Which God gives an ancient answer.  Christ answers for me, echoing myself, using my voice to give His glad consent; accepting my deliverance for me.

Christ gives me His sight and hears for me, and answers in my name the Call He hears.  How quiet is the time I give to spent with Him, beyond the world.  How all my seeming sins forgot, and all my sorrows gone.  Grief laid by, for sights and sounds that come from nearer than the world are clear to me who will accept the gifts He gives.  There is a silence into which the world cannot intrude.  There is an ancient peace I carry in my heart and have not lost.

God's judgement will unfold a world in perfect innocence before my eyes.  Now will I see it with the eyes of Christ.  What is worthy of my love receives my love, while nothing to be feared remains.

I will not judge today.  I will receive what is given to me from judgement made beyond the world.  All that I see will increase my joy, because its holiness reflects my own.  I stand forgiven in the sight of Christ, with all the world forgiven.  I bless the world as I behold it in the light in which our God looks on us, and offer it the freedom given us through His forgiving vision, not our own.

Merely letting go of all things we think we want.  Christ's vision sought above the world's unsatisfying goals.  We can change the world, if we acknowledge them. When God holds out complete salvation to His Son.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"THERE IS NO DEATH. THE SON OF GOD IS FREE."

Death is a thought that takes on many forms, often unrecognised.  It may appear as sadness, fear, anxiety or doubt; as anger, faithlessness and lack of trust; concern for bodies, envy, and all forms in which the wish to be as you are not may come to tempt you.  Such thoughts are reflections of the worshipping of death as saviour and as giver of release.

Embodiment of fear, the host of sin, god of the guilty and the lord of all illusions and deceptions.  The frail, the helpless and the sick bow down before its image, thinking it alone is real, inevitable, worthy of their trust.   All things but death are seen to be unsure, to quickly lost however hard to gain, uncertain in their outcome, apt to fail the hopes they once engendered, and to leave the taste of dust and aches in their wake, in place of aspirations and of dreams.

It says:  "Here lies a witness God is dead."  It is impossible to worship death in any form, and select a few you would not cherish and would avoid, while believing in the rest.  For death is total.  Either all things die, or else they live and cannot die.  No compromise is possible.  The idea of death of God is so preposterous  that even the insane have difficulty in believing it.  It implies that God was once alive and somehow perished; killed, apparently, by those who did not want Him to survive.  With the Father died the Son as well.

Death's worshippers  may be afraid.  Can thoughts like those be fearful?   There is no death, and we renounce it now in every form, for their salvation and our own as well.  God did not make death.  Whatever form it takes must therefore be illusion.

"Our Father, bless our eyes today.  We are your messengers , and we would look upon  the glorious reflection of Your Love which shines in everything.  We live and move in You alone.  We are not separate from Your eternal life.  There is no death, for death is not Your Will.  We abide where You have placed us, in the life we share with You and all living things, to be like You and part of You forever.  We accept Your Thoughts as ours, and our will is one with Yours eternally.  Amen."  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I AM AS GOD CREATED ME."

This single thought, held firmly in the mind, would save the world.  We should repeat it as we reach another stage in learning.  These words re sacred, they are the words of God given in answer to the world we have made.  All things seen within its misty clouds and vaporous illusions vanish as these words are spoken.  They come from God.

The word by which the Son became His Father's happiness, His Love and His completion.  Creation is proclaimed, and honoured as it is.  There is no dream these words will not dispel; no thought of sin and no illusion which the dream contains that will not fade away.

Holy is he who makes these words his own; awakening with them in his mind, recalling them throughout the day, at night bringing them with him as he goes to sleep.  He gives the world what he receives each time he practices the words of truth.  Christ's vision has restored our sight by salvaging our mind.

Ours is the right to perfect holiness we now accept.  With this acceptance is salvation brought to everyone.  I am as God created me.    These words dispel the night and darkness is gone forever.  The light has come today to bless the world.  We have recognized the Son of God, in that recognition is the world's.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"GIVE ME YOUR BLESSING, HOLY GOD."

Take a stand against our anger, that our fears may disappear and offer room for love.  Here is the answer of the Voice for God.  Complete abstraction is the natural condition of the mind.   Part of it is now unnatural.  It does not look on everything as one.  It sees instead fragments of the whole, for only thus could it invent the partial you could see.  All seeing is to show what you wish to see.  All hearing brings to mind the sounds it wants to hear.

One brother is all brothers.  Every mind contains all minds, and every mind is one.  This is the truth.  These thoughts make clear the meaning of creation.  Our bodies are symbols for a concrete form of fear.  Fear without symbols calls for no response, symbols can stand for the meaningless.  Love needs no symbols, being true.  Fear attaches to specifics, being false.

Bodies attack, but minds do not.  This is the reason bodies easily become fear symbols.  The body is the target for attack, since no one thinks he hates a mind.  Mind directs the body to attack.  What could be the seat of fear except what thinks of fear?  Hate is specific.  There must be a think to be attacked.  Fear is insatiable, consuming everything its eyes behold, seeing itself in everything, compelled to turn upon itself and to destroy.

Who sees a brother as a body sees him as fear's symbol.  What he beholds is his own fear  external to himself, poised to attack, and calling to unite with him again.  "Give me your blessings, holy Son of God.  I would behold you with the eyes of Christ, seeing my perfect sinlessness in you."  He will answer me.  He will hear the Voice for God in you.  Kindly click on; www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I AM AT HOME. FEAR IS THE STRANGE HERE."

Fear is the stranger to the ways of love.  Identify with fear, and you will be a stranger to yourself.  Thus you are unknown to you.  You remain an alien to the part of you which thinks that it is real but different from yourself. Who but a madman could believe he is what he is not, and judge against himself?

There is a stranger in your midst, who comes from an idea so foreign to the truth he speaks a different language, looks upon a world truth does not know, and understands what truth regards as senseless.  Yet, how easy it would be for you to say, "This is my home.  Here I belong, and will not leave because a madman says I must."  No one would let himself be dispossessed so needlessly, unless he thought there were another home more suited to his tastes.

Who is the stranger?  Is it fear or you that is unsuited to the home which God provided for his children?  Is fear His Own, created in His likeness?  Is it fear that love completes, and is completed by?  There is no home can shelter love and fear.  They cannot coexist.  If you are real, then fear must be an illusion.  If fear is real, then we do not exist.

Who fears has denied himself and said, "I am a stranger here.  Therefore, I leave my home to someone more like me than myself, giving him all I thought belonged to me."  A stranger to himself can find no home wherever he may look, because he has made returning impossible.  His way is lost except for a miracle.  The miracle will come.

Who is the stranger?  Hear God's voice assure you, quietly and sure, that you are not a stranger to God, nor is your Creator a stranger made to you.  "Whom God has joined remain forever one, at home in Him, no stranger to Himself." Christ's vision sees no strangers, but behold His Own and joyously unites with them.   Home may  be complete and perfect as it was established.

God has not forgotten us. We will not remember Him until we look on all as He does.  Remembering now,"who denies his brother is denying God, and refusing to accept the gift of sight by which his Self is clearly recognized, his home remembered and salvation come."  Visit; www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I GIVE THE MIRACLES I HAVE RECEIVED."

I cannot give what I have not received.  To give something requires that I first have it in my my possession.  The laws of Heaven and the world agree.  But here they also separate.  The world believes that to possess a thing, it must be kept.  Salvation teaches otherwise.  To give is how to recognize I have received.  It is the proof that what I have is mine.

I do understand that I am healed when I give healing.  I accept forgiveness as accomplished in myself when I forgive.  There is no miracle I cannot give, for all are given to me.   I receive them now by opening the storehouse of my mind where they are laid, and giving them away.  Christ's vision is a miracle.   It comes from far beyond itself, for it reflects Eternal Love and rebirth of love which never dies, but has been kept obscure.  What God created perfect can be mirrored in this world.

Christ's vision is the miracle in which all miracles are born.  Christ beholds no sin in anyone.   Christ's vision is the bridge between the worlds.  Holiness has been restored to vision, and the blind can see.  This is the Holy Spirit's single gift; the treasure house to which I can appeal with perfect certainty for all the things that can contribute to my happiness.

No one will be turned away from this new home, where salvation waits.  Christ's vision is the holy ground in which the lilies of forgiveness set their roots.  This is their home.  They become His messengers, who give as they received.  They are twice blessed.  The messages they brought from Christ have been delivered, and returned to them.

The store of miracles set out for me to give.  I'm I not worth the gift, when God appointed it be given me?  Judge not God's son, just follow in the way He has established.  Christ has dreamed the dream of a forgiven world.  It is His gift, whereby a sweet transition can be made from death to life; from hopelessness to hope.  Christ's vision gives the means for a return to our unlost and everlasting sanctity in God.   www.jean-lucdabreau.comwww.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I LEARN TO GIVE AS I RECEIVE."

What has been given to me?  The knowledge that I am a mind, in mind and purely mind, sinless forever, wholly unafraid, because I was created out of Love.  I have not left my Source, remaining as I was created.  This was given to me as knowledge which I cannot lose.  It was also given to every living thing, so by that knowledge only does all things live.

I have received all this.  All this cannot be learned.  What am to learn to give this day?  Understand that experience cannot be shared directly, in the way that vision can.  The revelation that the Father and Son are one will come in time to every mind.  That time is determined by the mind itself, not taught.

Time is already set.  It appears to be arbitrary.  There is no step along the way that is taken by chance.  Time seems to go in one direction.  It seems to have a future still unknown to us.  Time is a trick, a sleight of hand, a vast illusion in which figures come and go as if by magic.  Though, there is a plan behind appearances that does not change.  The script is written.  When experience will come to end our doubting.

A teacher does not give experience, because he did not learn it.  It revealed itself to him at its appointed time.  But vision is a gift.  This can be given directly, for Christ's knowledge is not lost, because He has a vision He can give to anyone who asks.  There is a quiet place within the world made holy by forgiveness and by love.  Experience - unlearned, untaught, unseen - is merely there.

Christ's vision has one law.  It does not look upon a body, and mistake it for the Son whom God created.  It beholds a light beyond the body; an idea beyond what can be touched, a purity undimmed by errors, pitiful mistakes, and fearful thoughts of guilt from dreams of sin.  It sees no separation.  It looks on everyone, on every circumstance, all happenings and all events, without the slightest fading of the light it sees.

This can be taught; and must be taught by all who would achieve it.  This we give today: See no one as a body.  Greet them as the Children of God they are, acknowledging that they are one with us in holiness.   They are no more.  Thus I learn to give as I receive.  Christ's vision looks on me as well.  As in my fellow person I see myself.  Every person whom I meet today provides another chance to let Christ's vision shine on me, and offer me the peace of God.

It does not matter when revelation comes, that is not of time.  Time has still one gift to give, in which true knowledge is reflected in a way so accurate its image shares its unseen holiness;  its likeness shines with its immortal love.  Let us practice seeing with the eyes of Christ today.  By the holy gifts we give, Christ's vision looks upon ourselves as well.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"INTO GOD'S PRESENCE I WILL ENTER NOW."

This is a day of silence and trust.  This is the time Heaven has set aside to shine upon, and cast a timeless light upon us.  This day is holy, for it ushers in a new experience; a different kind of feeling and awareness.  Today we learn to feel the joy of life.  It brings us to the door where learning ceases, and we catch a glimpse of what lies past the highest reaches it can possibly attain.

Today we will be given to feel a touch of Heaven, though we will return to paths of learning.  What we ask for now is what God wills.  So, lets join our will with God's this day, what we are asking must be given to us.  Our ministry takes on a genuine devotion, and the glow that travels from our fingertips to those we touch, and blesses those we look upon.  A vision reaches everyone  we meet, and everyone we think of, or who thinks of us.  Today our experience will transform our minds that they become the touchstone for the holy Thoughts of God.

What we experience this day will light the world.  We who bring it light will come to see the light more sure; the vision more distinct.  We will embark upon a course we have not dreamed of.  The Holy One, the Giver of happy dreams of life, Translator of perception into truth, the holy Guide to Heaven given to us.  Into God's Presence will we enter now, serenely unaware of everything except His shining face and perfect Love.  www.jean-lucdabreau.com

"I WILL WALK WITH GOD IN PERFECT HOLINESS."

I will walk with God in perfect holiness, makes the thought of sin impossible.  It promises there is no cause for guilt, and being causeless it does not exist.  If this is true, how can I be apart from God?  How could I walk the world alone and separate from God?

Truth must be true throughout, if it is true.  It cannot contradict itself, nor be in parts uncertain and in others sure.  I cannot walk the world apart from God, because I could not be without Him.  He is what my life is.  Where I am He is.  There is one life. The life I share with Him.  Nothing can be apart from God and live.

There is a light in me which cannot die; whose presence is so holy that the world is sanctified  because of me.  All things that live bring gifts to me, and offer them in gratitude and gladness at my feet.  The light in me is what the universe longs to behold.  All living things are still before me, because they recognize Who walks with me.  The light I carry is their own.  Thus they see in me their holiness, saluting me as savior and as God.

As I step back, the light in me steps forward and encompasses the world.  I have wasted many, many years on just foolish thoughts.  The past is gone, with all its fantasies.  They do not bound me any more.  "Who walks with me?"   Should be asked a thousand times a day, till certainty has ended doubting and established peace.  God speaks to me with these words:  "I will walk with God in perfect holiness.  I light the world, I light my mind and all the minds which God created one with me."  jean-lucdabreau.com

"I WILL STEP BACK AND LET GOD LEAD THE WAY."

I do not change my appearance, though I smile more frequently.  My forehead is serene; my eyes are quiet.  This world is an illusion.  Those who choose to come to it are looking for a place where they can be illusions, and avoid their own reality.  Then they can step back and let God lead the way.  What other choice is really theirs to make?  To let illusions walk ahead of truth is madness.  To let the truth stand forth as what it is, is merely sanity.

The mad illusion will remain awhile in evidence, for those who look upon who chose to come.  If truth demanded they give up the world, it would appear to them as if it asked the sacrifice of something that is real.  For sacrifice and deprivation both are quickly left behind.  Illusion will appear to cling to you.  Yet it has stepped back.  For the truth, which walks ahead of you, speak to them through illusions, the road leads past illusion now and they may follow you.

Sacrifice and deprivation are paths that lead nowhere, choices for defeat, and aims that will remain impossible.  We will step back as truth comes forward in us, to lead our brothers and sisters from the ways of death,  and set them on the way to happiness.  Such is salvation's call, and nothing more.  It asks that we accept the truth, and let it go before us, lighting up the path of ransom from illusion.  It is not a ransom with a price.  There is no cost, but only gain.

At the journey's ending there will be no gap, no distance between truth and us.  All illusions walking in the way we travelled will be gone from us as well, with nothing left to keep the truth apart from God's completion, holy as Himself.  Kindly, step back in faith and let truth lead the way.  We do not know where we are going.  But One who knows goes with us.  Let Him lead us with the rest.  As truth goes before us, so it goes before our brothers and sisters who will follow us.

We walk to God.  Pause and reflect on this.  Could any way be holier, or more deserving of our effort, of our love and of our full intent?  We walk to God.  The truth that walks before us now is one with Him, and leads us to where He has always been.  Our feet are safely set upon that road that leads the world to God.  Do not look to ways that seem to lead us elsewhere.  Dreams are not a worthy guide for us who are God's children.  "I will step back and let God lead the way, that I would walk along the road to God."   Visit; www.dabreaufoundation.org

"WE ARE AMONG THE MINISTERS OF GOD."

This day be not arrogant nor falsely humble.  We cannot judge our worth, nor can we know what role is best for us.  Our part is cast in Heaven, not in hell.  What we think is weakness can be strength; what we believe to be our strength is often arrogance.  Our appointed role was selected by the Creator.  Thus seeing our  strength  exactly as they are are, and equally aware of where they can be best applied, for what, to whom and when.

It is through our ability to hear God's voice that we become aware there is one Voice in us.  That one Voice appoints our function, as ministers of God, and relays it to us, giving us the strength to understand it, do what it entails, and to succeed in everything we do that is related to it.  Through the Voice of God, of Father and of Son, sets apart  salvation from this world.  It is His Voice which speaks of laws the world does not obey; Which promises salvation from all sin, and abolished guilt from the mind that God created sinless.

There is a major difference in the role of Heaven's messengers, which sets them apart from those the world appoints.  The messages they deliver are intended fist for them.  Being earthly messengers, they did not write the messages they bear, however, they become their first receivers in the truest sense, receiving to prepare  themselves to give.  An earthly messenger fulfills his role by giving all his messages away.  The messengers of God perform their part by their acceptance of His messages for themselves, and show they understand the messages by giving them away.  The do not choose any roles that are not given by God's authority.  They gain by every message that they give away.

Would you receive the messages of God?  That you may become His messenger.  You are now appointed.  We cannot receive and understand what we receive until we give.  For it is in the giving that we receive.  We who are now the messengers of God, receive His messages.  That is part of our appointed role.  Join in one Voice the getting and giving of God's Word; the giving and receiving of His Will.

Remembering; We are among the ministers of God, we are grateful that we have the means by which to recognize that we are FREE. www.dabreaufoundation.org

"IN OUR DEFENSELESSNESS OUR SAFETY LIES."

Those of us who feel threatened by this changing world, its twists of fortune and its bitter jests, its brief relationships and all the gifts it merely lends to take away again.  This world provides no safety.  It is rooted in attack, and all its gifts of seeming safety are illusory deceptions.  This world attacks, and then attacks again.  This gives rise to defensiveness.  Thus, it brings anger, anger makes attack seem reasonable, honestly provoked, and righteous in the name of self-defense.The weak are undermined, there is treachery and greater treachery within.  Our minds are now confused, and does not know where to turn to find escape from its imaginings.

Attack, defense, defense, attack, become the circles of the hours and the days that bind the mind in heavy bands of steel with iron overlaid, returning to start again.  Defenses are the costliest of all the prices which the ego would exact.  There lies madness in a form so grim that hope of sanity seems to be an idle dream, beyond the possible.  We are its slaves.  We do not understand how much we have sacrifice. By our defenseiveness we sabotage the holy peace of God.  We look at the Son of God as  a victim to attack by our fantasies, by our dreams, by illusions we have made; helpless in their presence, needful of defense by more fantasies, and dreams by which illusions of our safety comfort us.

Defenselessness is strength.  It testifies to recognition of the Christ in us.  It can never be attacked, because it recognizes strength so great attack is folly, or a silly game a tired child might play, when he becomes too sleepy to remember what he wants.  Defensiveness is weakness.  It says we have denied the Christ and come to fear His Father's anger.  Illusions cannot defend us now, when it is illusions that we fight.  Our true purpose is to save the world, and we would not exchange for foolishness the endless joy our function offers us.

Let us look past dreams today, recognize we need no defense because we are created unassailable, without all thoughts or wish or dream in which attack has any meaning.  In defenselessness we stand secure, serenely certain of our safety, sure of salvation;   sure we will fulfil our chosen purpose, as we extend our holy blessing through the world. If you fail to teach what you have learned, salvation waits and darkness holds the world in grim imprisonment.  Now a quiet time has come, in which we put away the toys of guilt, and lock our quaint and childish thoughts of sin forever from the pure and holy minds of Heaven's children and the Son of God.

Our theme for today, our defenselessness.  We remain strong in Christ, and let our weakness disappear, as we remember that His strength abides in us.  We will remind ourselves that Christ remains beside us through the day, and does not leave our weakness unsupported by His strength.  Let us look on Christ and see His sinlessness. Visit  us at; In our defenselessness our safety lies

"THE POWER OF DECISION BELONGS TO YOU."

No one can suffer loss unless it is his/her own decision.  No one suffers pain except their choice elects this state for them.  No one can grieve nor fear nor think them sick unless these are the outcomes that they want.  And no one dies without their own consent.  Nothing occurs but represents your wish, and nothing is omitted that you choose.  Here is your world, complete in all details.  Here is its whole reality for you.  And it is only here salvation is.

You may believe that this position is extreme, and too inclusive to be true.  Yet can truth have exception?  If you have the gift of everything, can loss be real?  Can pain be peace, or grief of joy?  Can fear and sickness enter into a mind where love and perfect holiness exist?  Truth must be all-inclusive, if it is the truth.  Accept no opposites and no exceptions, to do so is to contradict the truth entirely.

Salvation is the recognition that truth is true, and nothing else is true.  Truth cannot have an opposite.  The truth is true, and what is false is false.  This is the simplest of distinctions, and the most obscure.  Yet the truth seem to be contradictions introduced by you.  As God created you, you must remain unchangeable.

Is it not strange that you believe to think you made the world you see is arrogance?
Since, only madness makes a world like this.  To think that God made chaos, contradicts His Will, invented opposites to truth, an suffers death to triumph over life; all this is arrogance.  Humility would see at once these things are not of God.  Therefore, can you see what God did not create?   To think you can is merely to believe you can perceive what God willed not to be.  And what could be more arrogant than this?

Today, let us be truly humble, and accept what we have made as what it is.  The power of decision is our own.  So, accept your rightful place as co-creator of the universe, and all you think you made will disappear.  Today we practice true humility, abandoning the false pretence by which the ego seeks to prove it arrogant.  Only the ego can be arrogant.  But truth is humble in acknowledging its mightiness, its changelessness and  its eternal wholeness, all-encompassing, God's perfect gift to His beloved Child (you).  We lay aside the arrogance, which says that we are sinners, guilty and afraid, ashamed of what we are; and lift our hearts in true humility to the Creator instead who has created us immaculate, like Himself in power and Love.

The power of decision is our own.  In humility the radiance of God's Children, gentleness, perfect sinlessness, God's Love, our right to Heaven and release from hell, are joyously accepted as our own.  Remembering now; "The power of decision is your own.  This day you will accept yourself as what your Father's Will created you to be."    The Power of decision belongs to you.

"All things are echoes of your voice."

No one can judge on partial evidence.  That is not judgement.  It is merely an opinion based on ignorance and doubt.  It needs irrational defense   because it is irrational.  You do not really question what is shown to you through the body's eye.  Nor do you ask why you believe it, even though you have learned that your senses do deceive.

How can you judge?  When your judgement rests upon the witness that your senses offer you.  Witness never falser was than this.  So how else do you judge the world you see?  You place pathetic faith in what your eyes and ears report.  You think your fingers touch reality,  and close upon the truth.  Awareness that you understand, and think more real than what is witnessed to by your inner voice.

Can this be judgement?  You have been urged to refrain from judging, not because it is a right to be withheld from you.  You cannot judge.  You merely can believe the ego's judgements, all of which are false.  This thing it speaks of, and would defend, it tells you is yourself.  Underneath remains the hidden doubt that what it shows you as reality with such conviction it does not believe.  It is it's own despair it see in you.

You must learn to doubt their evidence and clear the way to recognize yourself, and let your inner voice alone be judge of what is worthy of your own belief.  You should not judge your brother by what your eyes behold in him, nor what his body's mouth says to your ears, nor what your fingers' touch reports of him.  You must recognize only what God loves, and in the holy light of what you see do all the ego's dreams.  Let the Creator be judge of what we are, for He has certainty in which there is no doubt.  Christ cannot doubt Himself.  Your voice for the Creator can only honor Him, rejoicing in His perfect, everlasting sinlessness.

Accept the Creator's word for what you are, for He bears witness to your beautiful creation, and the Mind Whose Thoughts created your reality.  Give Him your thoughts, and He will give them back as miracles which joyously proclaim the wholeness and happiness God wills His Son, as proof of His eternal Love.  Remember truth has no illusions, and the peace of God, through you, belongs to all persons. All things are echoes of your voice.  jean-lucdabreau.com; peakform.net; dabreaufoundation.org

"SMART GOALS"

Write down what you want.  This is a difficult task for some people.  To decide what you want, I mean.  Others find it easy to take responsibility and discover what's important to them.  When it comes time for them to say what they want, they are not sure.  Well, you can decide what you want, or you can get what you get.  If you decide what you want, at least you will have laid out a road map for what it is that you want.  Additionally, you will have given the universe instructions to produce certain results.  You can then measure your progress.  If you wait, age 90 is too late to decide what you want.

The following are the conditions for SMART GOALS;  SIMPLE, MEASURABLE, ALL AREAS OF LIFE, REALISTIC, TIMED.

Simple, specific; It is really important to be specific in setting a goal.  If you want something, be precise.  You have to be specific, because the universe will deliver what you want.  Nature must be viewed as a living organism.  It is purposive and possesses deep intentionality.  At it's very depth, the universe acts as a processor of information.  This information flows around and through all biological processes.  All things are intimately and infinitely connected.  Reality is not what you see, but is composed of frequencies.  Those frequencies can be changed, and the matter that is the universe can be affected and changed just by your attention.  The universe is like your body in that respect.  It will give you what you dwell upon.  So be specific, and keep your instructions simple.

Measurable, Meaningful; The nervous system throughout the body delivers what you tell it to deliver; it delivers to you in your action.  It is really simple.  If you have a thought in your mind, inside your head, that thought will affect your physiology and deliver that which you want.  So you need to be specific about what you want because your body and the universe will deliver whatever it can deliver to you.  If you just said, 'more money,' you may get one cent more.  State the goal the way you want it.  Say, 'I now make X number of dollars per month.'  that is measurable.

Measurable goes hand in hand with specific.  It is so that you know when you get there.  Some people decide, 'I want to be happy.'  So does everyone, but happiness is a state.  It has nothing to do with what you have.  Also make sure that what you want is meaningful to you.  Meaningful means it is yours.  You want it, and so you own it.  So many times, when people write goals, they don't get them.  They say, 'I did not get it,' but if you ask them, 'Did you really want it?'  you'll probably find they will say, 'Not really.'  Make sure you really want what you think you want.

All Areas of Life - As it is now; Balance is important in life.  Make sure that you are just not just working, but that you take time off, that you have good relationships, exercise, and the like.  Make sure you plan for all areas of your life.  Write your goals, 'As if now.'  When you write a goal, write it as if it were now, not in the future. One of the things that is very important in setting goals is to set, goals for all areas of life that assist you in being balanced.

Realistic, Responsible;  Realistic simply means given the events in your life that you can determine it is possible you can achieve your goals.  Some people set goals in such a way as to fail.  They set unrealistic goals to prove something to themselves.  The way to set goals is to set those that are attainable.

Responsible means that your goals are good for both you and the planet.  Your goals should be ecological, that is, aware of the effects of your actions on the greater system.  Responsible means ecological for you as an individual, for all parts of your life.  It also means that you yourself, are taking into account the effects on the people around you, your community, state, nation world and universe.

Timed, Toward what you want;  Whenever you write something that you want, make sure that you put a date on it.  Something that is undated just sits there in your future and you do not get any closer to it.  Finally, make sure you say it the way you want it.  That is the most important thing.

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 7 of 7

7.  Burn the candle at both ends.  Lack of sleep, poor diet and no exercise wrecks havoc on your body and mind.  Kind of obvious, but worth mentioning as it's often ignored as a stress management technique.  Listen to your mother and don't  burn the candle at both ends.  Having stress can be a total drag, but that should hinder you from finding inner peace of mind that you have wanted for a long time.

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 6 of 7

6.  Know your trigger points and hot spots.  Make your own list of triggers and hot spots.  Be specific.  Is it only presentations to a certain audience that get you worked up?  Does one project cause more stress than another?  Did you drink to much coffee?  Knowing what causes you stress is powerful information, as you can take action to make it less stressful.  Do you need to switch to decaf?

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 5 of 7

5.  Give stress thoughts the red light.  It is possible to tangle yourself up in a stress knot all by yourself.  You ask silly question and imagine things; "If this happens, then that might happen and then you are all up a creek!"  Most of these things never happen, so why wast all that energy worrying needlessly?  Give stress thoughts-trains the red light and stop them in their tracks.  Okay, so it might go wrong - how likely is that, and what can you do to prevent it?

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 4 of 7

4.  Practice socially acceptable heavy breathing. This is something I learned from a Sociology Professor at the University of North Carolina, Ft. Bragg Extension.  We can trick our bodies into relaxing by using heavy breathing. Breathe in slowly for a count of 7 then breathe out for a count of 11.  Repeat the 7-11 breathing until our heart rate  slows down, our sweaty palms dry off and things begin to feel more normal.

"Say Yes To Stress" Part 1 of 7

It is said that there is more than one way to skin a cat.  The same for when we start tearing our hair out with frustration, grief, anxiety, and yes STRESS.  Just thinking about  it can drive anyone of the edge.

I do know how it feels, I still get stressed occasionally, but definitely not as much as I used to get stressed; and believe me there are many variants when it comes to stress.  Coping with life, and carrying the problems that may or may not belong to us can scratch away the little joy and happiness that we can carry once we head out that door.  You can't blame others for being like that; they have their own reasons, so much like we have our reasons to allow STRESS to weigh us down.

There are several ways to manage stress.  With your permission, I'll share some helpful bitblts and promise they will not be to taxing on the body, as well as the mind.  It is said that STRESS is all in the mind, well, what's bugging you anyway?

1.  Let's say YES to STRESS.  Acknowledge stress is good.  Make stress our friend.  Based on the body's natural "fight or flight" response, that burst of energy will enhance our performance at the right moment.  I am yet to see an outstanding sports person totally relaxed before a big competition.  Use stress wisely to push ourselves that little bit harder when it counts most.

"My mind holds only what I think with God."

Beyond this world there is a world I want.  Because it is impossible to see two worlds.
No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.  Therefore, I loose the world from all I thought it was.  I will not value what is valueless.  So, let me perceive forgiveness as it is.  If I defend myself I am attacked.  Sickness is a defense against the truth.  When I am healed I am not healed alone.  Heaven is the decision I must make. I will accept Atonement for myself. Only salvation can be said to cure.   BID  'Underneath the Mango Tree.'
