"THE POWER OF DECISION BELONGS TO YOU."

No one can suffer loss unless it is his/her own decision.  No one suffers pain except their choice elects this state for them.  No one can grieve nor fear nor think them sick unless these are the outcomes that they want.  And no one dies without their own consent.  Nothing occurs but represents your wish, and nothing is omitted that you choose.  Here is your world, complete in all details.  Here is its whole reality for you.  And it is only here salvation is.

You may believe that this position is extreme, and too inclusive to be true.  Yet can truth have exception?  If you have the gift of everything, can loss be real?  Can pain be peace, or grief of joy?  Can fear and sickness enter into a mind where love and perfect holiness exist?  Truth must be all-inclusive, if it is the truth.  Accept no opposites and no exceptions, to do so is to contradict the truth entirely.

Salvation is the recognition that truth is true, and nothing else is true.  Truth cannot have an opposite.  The truth is true, and what is false is false.  This is the simplest of distinctions, and the most obscure.  Yet the truth seem to be contradictions introduced by you.  As God created you, you must remain unchangeable.

Is it not strange that you believe to think you made the world you see is arrogance?
Since, only madness makes a world like this.  To think that God made chaos, contradicts His Will, invented opposites to truth, an suffers death to triumph over life; all this is arrogance.  Humility would see at once these things are not of God.  Therefore, can you see what God did not create?   To think you can is merely to believe you can perceive what God willed not to be.  And what could be more arrogant than this?

Today, let us be truly humble, and accept what we have made as what it is.  The power of decision is our own.  So, accept your rightful place as co-creator of the universe, and all you think you made will disappear.  Today we practice true humility, abandoning the false pretence by which the ego seeks to prove it arrogant.  Only the ego can be arrogant.  But truth is humble in acknowledging its mightiness, its changelessness and  its eternal wholeness, all-encompassing, God's perfect gift to His beloved Child (you).  We lay aside the arrogance, which says that we are sinners, guilty and afraid, ashamed of what we are; and lift our hearts in true humility to the Creator instead who has created us immaculate, like Himself in power and Love.

The power of decision is our own.  In humility the radiance of God's Children, gentleness, perfect sinlessness, God's Love, our right to Heaven and release from hell, are joyously accepted as our own.  Remembering now; "The power of decision is your own.  This day you will accept yourself as what your Father's Will created you to be."    The Power of decision belongs to you.

"All things are echoes of your voice."

No one can judge on partial evidence.  That is not judgement.  It is merely an opinion based on ignorance and doubt.  It needs irrational defense   because it is irrational.  You do not really question what is shown to you through the body's eye.  Nor do you ask why you believe it, even though you have learned that your senses do deceive.

How can you judge?  When your judgement rests upon the witness that your senses offer you.  Witness never falser was than this.  So how else do you judge the world you see?  You place pathetic faith in what your eyes and ears report.  You think your fingers touch reality,  and close upon the truth.  Awareness that you understand, and think more real than what is witnessed to by your inner voice.

Can this be judgement?  You have been urged to refrain from judging, not because it is a right to be withheld from you.  You cannot judge.  You merely can believe the ego's judgements, all of which are false.  This thing it speaks of, and would defend, it tells you is yourself.  Underneath remains the hidden doubt that what it shows you as reality with such conviction it does not believe.  It is it's own despair it see in you.

You must learn to doubt their evidence and clear the way to recognize yourself, and let your inner voice alone be judge of what is worthy of your own belief.  You should not judge your brother by what your eyes behold in him, nor what his body's mouth says to your ears, nor what your fingers' touch reports of him.  You must recognize only what God loves, and in the holy light of what you see do all the ego's dreams.  Let the Creator be judge of what we are, for He has certainty in which there is no doubt.  Christ cannot doubt Himself.  Your voice for the Creator can only honor Him, rejoicing in His perfect, everlasting sinlessness.

Accept the Creator's word for what you are, for He bears witness to your beautiful creation, and the Mind Whose Thoughts created your reality.  Give Him your thoughts, and He will give them back as miracles which joyously proclaim the wholeness and happiness God wills His Son, as proof of His eternal Love.  Remember truth has no illusions, and the peace of God, through you, belongs to all persons. All things are echoes of your voice.  jean-lucdabreau.com; peakform.net; dabreaufoundation.org

"SMART GOALS"

Write down what you want.  This is a difficult task for some people.  To decide what you want, I mean.  Others find it easy to take responsibility and discover what's important to them.  When it comes time for them to say what they want, they are not sure.  Well, you can decide what you want, or you can get what you get.  If you decide what you want, at least you will have laid out a road map for what it is that you want.  Additionally, you will have given the universe instructions to produce certain results.  You can then measure your progress.  If you wait, age 90 is too late to decide what you want.

The following are the conditions for SMART GOALS;  SIMPLE, MEASURABLE, ALL AREAS OF LIFE, REALISTIC, TIMED.

Simple, specific; It is really important to be specific in setting a goal.  If you want something, be precise.  You have to be specific, because the universe will deliver what you want.  Nature must be viewed as a living organism.  It is purposive and possesses deep intentionality.  At it's very depth, the universe acts as a processor of information.  This information flows around and through all biological processes.  All things are intimately and infinitely connected.  Reality is not what you see, but is composed of frequencies.  Those frequencies can be changed, and the matter that is the universe can be affected and changed just by your attention.  The universe is like your body in that respect.  It will give you what you dwell upon.  So be specific, and keep your instructions simple.

Measurable, Meaningful; The nervous system throughout the body delivers what you tell it to deliver; it delivers to you in your action.  It is really simple.  If you have a thought in your mind, inside your head, that thought will affect your physiology and deliver that which you want.  So you need to be specific about what you want because your body and the universe will deliver whatever it can deliver to you.  If you just said, 'more money,' you may get one cent more.  State the goal the way you want it.  Say, 'I now make X number of dollars per month.'  that is measurable.

Measurable goes hand in hand with specific.  It is so that you know when you get there.  Some people decide, 'I want to be happy.'  So does everyone, but happiness is a state.  It has nothing to do with what you have.  Also make sure that what you want is meaningful to you.  Meaningful means it is yours.  You want it, and so you own it.  So many times, when people write goals, they don't get them.  They say, 'I did not get it,' but if you ask them, 'Did you really want it?'  you'll probably find they will say, 'Not really.'  Make sure you really want what you think you want.

All Areas of Life - As it is now; Balance is important in life.  Make sure that you are just not just working, but that you take time off, that you have good relationships, exercise, and the like.  Make sure you plan for all areas of your life.  Write your goals, 'As if now.'  When you write a goal, write it as if it were now, not in the future. One of the things that is very important in setting goals is to set, goals for all areas of life that assist you in being balanced.

Realistic, Responsible;  Realistic simply means given the events in your life that you can determine it is possible you can achieve your goals.  Some people set goals in such a way as to fail.  They set unrealistic goals to prove something to themselves.  The way to set goals is to set those that are attainable.

Responsible means that your goals are good for both you and the planet.  Your goals should be ecological, that is, aware of the effects of your actions on the greater system.  Responsible means ecological for you as an individual, for all parts of your life.  It also means that you yourself, are taking into account the effects on the people around you, your community, state, nation world and universe.

Timed, Toward what you want;  Whenever you write something that you want, make sure that you put a date on it.  Something that is undated just sits there in your future and you do not get any closer to it.  Finally, make sure you say it the way you want it.  That is the most important thing.

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 7 of 7

7.  Burn the candle at both ends.  Lack of sleep, poor diet and no exercise wrecks havoc on your body and mind.  Kind of obvious, but worth mentioning as it's often ignored as a stress management technique.  Listen to your mother and don't  burn the candle at both ends.  Having stress can be a total drag, but that should hinder you from finding inner peace of mind that you have wanted for a long time.

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 6 of 7

6.  Know your trigger points and hot spots.  Make your own list of triggers and hot spots.  Be specific.  Is it only presentations to a certain audience that get you worked up?  Does one project cause more stress than another?  Did you drink to much coffee?  Knowing what causes you stress is powerful information, as you can take action to make it less stressful.  Do you need to switch to decaf?

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 5 of 7

5.  Give stress thoughts the red light.  It is possible to tangle yourself up in a stress knot all by yourself.  You ask silly question and imagine things; "If this happens, then that might happen and then you are all up a creek!"  Most of these things never happen, so why wast all that energy worrying needlessly?  Give stress thoughts-trains the red light and stop them in their tracks.  Okay, so it might go wrong - how likely is that, and what can you do to prevent it?

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 4 of 7

4.  Practice socially acceptable heavy breathing. This is something I learned from a Sociology Professor at the University of North Carolina, Ft. Bragg Extension.  We can trick our bodies into relaxing by using heavy breathing. Breathe in slowly for a count of 7 then breathe out for a count of 11.  Repeat the 7-11 breathing until our heart rate  slows down, our sweaty palms dry off and things begin to feel more normal.

"Say Yes to Stress" part 3 of 7

3.  Learn from the best.  When people around you are loosing their heads; watch who keeps calm?  What are they doing differently?  What is their attitude?  What type of language do they use?  Are they trained and experienced?   Figure it out from afar or sit them down for a chat.  Learn from the best stress managers and copy what they do.

"Say Yes to Stress" Part 2 of 7

2.  Avoid stress sneezers.  Stressed people sneeze stress germs indiscriminately and before you know it, you are infected too!  Protect your self by recognizing stress in others and limit your contact with them.

"Say Yes To Stress" Part 1 of 7

It is said that there is more than one way to skin a cat.  The same for when we start tearing our hair out with frustration, grief, anxiety, and yes STRESS.  Just thinking about  it can drive anyone of the edge.

I do know how it feels, I still get stressed occasionally, but definitely not as much as I used to get stressed; and believe me there are many variants when it comes to stress.  Coping with life, and carrying the problems that may or may not belong to us can scratch away the little joy and happiness that we can carry once we head out that door.  You can't blame others for being like that; they have their own reasons, so much like we have our reasons to allow STRESS to weigh us down.

There are several ways to manage stress.  With your permission, I'll share some helpful bitblts and promise they will not be to taxing on the body, as well as the mind.  It is said that STRESS is all in the mind, well, what's bugging you anyway?

1.  Let's say YES to STRESS.  Acknowledge stress is good.  Make stress our friend.  Based on the body's natural "fight or flight" response, that burst of energy will enhance our performance at the right moment.  I am yet to see an outstanding sports person totally relaxed before a big competition.  Use stress wisely to push ourselves that little bit harder when it counts most.

"Monday Blues."

The Monday morning blues is a "myth."  A mental and in some cases physical conditioning that is like taking a bitter pill down our throat, causing us to loose our sense of self, and worst sanity.
